Terms & refunds
What you buy
A Bias Match report is an instantly generated, personalized digital reading based on saju (Korean birth-chart astrology). It is written automatically from your chart and delivered as a private web page — no one reads or reviews it by hand. It is for entertainment only: it makes no guarantees about your future, and it is not medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the report and compatibility pages: a full written report is $9.99, a compatibility report is $9.99, and the bundle of both is $14.99, each a one-time payment. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for the sale: they process your card, collect any tax, and send your receipt. We never see or keep your card details.
Delivery
Your report's link appears right after payment goes through. Writing a report usually takes a minute or two. Keep that link — it is the only way back to your report.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. You can also ask for a full refund at any time if your report could not be generated, or if chapters are missing and we can't fix them. To ask for a refund, email hello@tiptoe.love with your order email or your report link.
Your data
See our privacy policy for what we keep, what we don't, and for how long.
Free tools
The saju calculator, horoscope pages, career luck page, and free compatibility check are provided as-is and may change or be removed at any time.
